Springs, shocks and service

Morning all. Got a bit of cash to spend on the 172 cup and am looking for some opinions Its standard except a Stealth exhaust and ITG panel filter.

The 36k service is due was thinking of ren-tech or ktec. What sort of price am i looking at roughly and i think the gearbox mount is rhubarbed?

Also i have been thinking of some new springs Eibach seem to be the way to go and sportlines seem the popular choice. I mainly use the car for a bit of commuting and a bit of Broad action. The only problem i have is that at present with a couple of lard asses in the back it does crash a bit (shocks knackered??) so by fitting sports will it be on its arse dont want a slammed looked just a bit more of a level look between front and back and not so much roll.

By doing the above is it worth freshening up the shocks or should they be good with these springs after 36K

Cheers Marc

Speak to Mike @ Rentech on here he can give you a price, and he gets a lot of people going to him, and lots of people recommend him.

As for the noise at the back check your shocks, common to go on the sports, they leak easy. Springs can fracture aswell, or even crack at the top or bottom.
