Do they actually change the back light colour from orange to one of the listed colours then? Without modding the orange plastic behind the dials?

Theres been loads of posts about how to do it but never a strait forward answer!

Metal money posted on their site that for some colours to work you may need to change the orange plastic biit for clear perspex ones, which i believe they sell
