Suspension torque settings

Cant find the torque settings for front and rear suspension on a 182 in the Technical guides..
can someone please advise the correct settings for front and rear bolts?

Changing my springs today.

front strut lower 2 are 140nm
rear shocks are FT, but around 80-100nm will do

Back ones done replaced with eibachs as one was broken and failed mot.
Couldn't get top bolts undone on front ones so I guess they'll have to wait for now
