Tardis, Dilute or not?

Cant find any info anywhere, is it used neat?

You use Tardis neat mate. It isn't water based so can't be diluted.

Spray it on neat.

in the summer I spray it onto a damp rinsed panel so it doesn't dry out as quick but never diluted it properly

I'd imagine it would be fairly obvious if it had been watered down. Since it's oil based, the Tardis would just sit ontop of the water. That isn't to say it hasn't been diluted with something else though......

I ordered 5L last night and I think it was £16 or thereabouts, so it isn't really worth buying in smaller quantities IMO.
