could have been a valver? Blue, whilly wheels in silver..........i know of one from here but not sure if its from that area...........Thorpe arch industrial estate. seen it a few times when i have been working there!

Danny T has the only Blue Valver with silver wheels I know of, don't think he's from there tho...
