top end whine and rattle " not dephasar "

HI Guys and gals just a quick one ive got a whine " almost like a bearings gone in a tensioner " its gets noiser with the revs but also the top end sounds really rattly? almost like theres a set of ball bearings rattling around when its revved..... " imagne it with no oil " ...... however the timing belt dephasar water pump were changed 10k ago " last year " and it had an oil change 2 weeks ago and thats nice and clear and clean still on the full mark, im boggiling my brain a little im going to purchase the pms aircon delete kit so thatll change the belt etc but stuck on the rest any ideas?

Hard to say without seeing or hearing it for myself, could you video it? Might help a little

You need to drop the aux belt off and run it. If the noise is still there you need to look at your belts. If it goes away when the aux belt is removed its either alternator, water pump, p/steering pump or a/c compressor.
