Trouble finding matching paint for my car

I have a valver and am having troMuble finding a touch up kit and spary paint for it. The colour code on the vin plate is 449. Halfords list this colour as COBALT BLUE but the colour is totally different. My valver is WILLIAMS BLUE. Was wondering if maybe my car was CobalT BLUE and has been resprayed??? Can anyone help??

Your valver colour is called Sports Blue. Halfords are prbably looking under Reliant

So if i look for a sports blue colour match then that should be it??

ive also have had this problem, I dont think they have sports blue 449, though they might have a different name for it....
