Valver probs - Help please

Need a few things sorting on my valver, was wondering if anyone could help.

1. My sunroof is squeeking everytime i go over a bump

2. my passenger window has gone real slow and doesnt go up very well!!!

Any help will be welocomed.

1) sunroof mit be loose inside the rails, open it up n play with it to see if u hear the squeak, mine does it sometimes

2) is it slow on both the driver n pass side switch for the window? mine was slow on the driver side pass window n found the switch to be faulty so jus changed it 4 new
