Wet Tyres for the track

Hi Doing a race soon in a Clio Cup car 197 what suggestions do you have for wet tyres they have to be on the MSA lists 1a or 1b.

The Hankook RS2 out of the track orientated tyres is v.good on wet. Depending how wet and lenght of the race PS3s will work well for a lot of water.
Are wet (cut) rally tyres allowed?
