  Not a 320d
Born To Be Mild on my own (or those with expensive wax), doesnt strip/doesnt leave anything behind, and then Hyperwash as my Bulk, previously Shampoo Plus for the last 5 years. Considering a move to Wolfs White Satin though from BTBM. Also I use a zymol sponge cause im well ard innit. I also use them to the correct dilution ratios.

Having tried all f**king sorts id say those two are best for purpose. But there are tons of great shampoos out there.

I've been using Supernatural for the past 12 months and wouldn't hesitate using it again. I always end up changing my shampoo when I run out though so will probably try something different soon - maybe the Auto Finesse range.

Normally i use Halfords, but the detailing geek who owned the 330 previously has polished it to within an inch of its life.

It beads & everything!!

What can i use to remove the dirt, but not the polish/wax/whatever else is on there...

Most quality shampoos, diluted correctly, will make sure that any existing protection is left in tact. It's when people don't read the dilution instructions and mix too much shampoo in that it effectively becomes a degreaser and strips wax.

Megauris Gold, seems to leave a great finish, be VERY smooth and soapy, just awesome.

See, I never got on with Gold Class, I found it too soapy, so it streaked a bit, if I'm honest. I much preferred NXT.

I'm in the same frame of mind as Ads, I'm tempted by the Auto Finesse range!

I find it gives great results, but it is much better if washed off with a pressure washer. (So I can see what you mean on the high soap content)

Plus I'm not really one for polishing it all the time, so I find for shampoo only, it leaves a great finish.

I must try Auto Finesse Lather next, like it has already been said, the reviews on it are great.

Yeah, I don't rinse with a pressure washer usually, so I'd understand if it works out better that way. It's more for the drying stage that it irritated me, rather than polishing - I found I had to use drying aids on top of my towels to get it to a respectable finish. Once it was done, it did look good though.
