Wheel arch liner clips...help please

  172
Hi guys, I established the other day that I have a water leak. I discovered a puddle on the passenger front footwell. After doing a search it pointed me to the drain hole being block behind the wheel arch liner. There are 2 big flat fir tree clips holding the liner in place and in order to get them off I had to break them.

Without thinking I put them in the bin. I need to get two new ones and don't mind getting them from the dealer if I need to but they seem so cheap on eBay. I cant order them because I don't know what size they need to be.

Could someone please measure one so I can see if I can get them matched up on eBay?

Hello mate, we keep these in stock for the clio's ph2's, what you need to remove them is some trim removal tools (like a small horse shoe you put under it). You can get these from your local dealer...

Trim clip (wing housing) 77 03 077 435, ~0.90p a pop.......

If you get stuck, as i say we keep these in stock so i can post you a couple out for a couple of £.

Cheers,
Simon @ SS

Thanks for the reply spray shack, I have a set of trim removal tools, but i ended up breaking the flat round bit off and pushing the fir tree bit through.

I would like 4 of these clips, 2 for each side. I will get round to cleaning the off side arch liner soon in which case I will break those two clips too.

I would prefer to use someone connected to forum than my local dealer. Do you use paypal or would you like me to phone up itch my card details? Once I've paid you can just post tem as and when you get time as I understand it is a very small order.
