i dont do track days, just abit of fast road really

coilovers or springs?

reasons why from experience or whatever?

'a decent set of dampers and springs are just as good as coilovers. Ive got apex dampers and eibach sportlines and they do the job perfectly. Handels like its on rails

Most people on here buy coilovers for the low factor

i want it low, smooth and around same handling as my current springs ( cup )

Yep.... H&R's are a good shout it seems BUT the Rear does not seem to go to Low on them.... FK's are also quite popular and a good price

i need a pic of the car sie on with all these on... i dont wnt to pay alot of money if im not going to use them to there full potential if you get me, i dont give the car stick everyday, i dont race round corners much, i just want a lower, but still smoooth ride.

Front has gone a touch lower since pics BUT the ride is hard however I have never had them setup and Olly-Mango is going to do it for me in a couple of weeks and that should improve it massively.

What sort of price did that cost? I want to improve the handling of my 172 and am in 2 minds also as to which way to go. The V-Maxx groupbuy seems tempting but I don't want a really crashy ride.
