White Speedline 2118s Fitted..

Well as people on here know on Monday I purchased a set of black 2118's off Matt (toomer)

But they must have been ET37 or something, as my 4 pot calipers fowled the wheels :dapprove:

But yesterday I swapped them with Joe (Joah) for a set of white 2118s :)

Looks great on the white, I'm not sure why but it looks "cheeky".

I love it (I've wanted some for mine but never had the balls to spend that much £££).

Have you kept the Anthra's?? I prefer it on the Anthra's :(

2118's are still awesome wheels though :)

No mate, the anthracite wheels wrapped in R888s ( summer/track wheels) are in the garage :)

Flash Git with 2 sets of 2118's...They weigh more than the moon you know and it's all about rolling weight blah blah blah ;)

I am also not a fan of white wheels on silver, but really like them on the iceberg.

I wonder if I will still be saying this in a few weeks time when they are caked in DS3000 brake dust? :dapprove:

I am, but 2118's are an itch I need to scratch.

I'll probs put them on, enjoy it for a bit then sell it for a TT.

P.s - you'll never keep them clean unless you employ gally to follow you around.

I didn't buy them to be 'different' Tony, I just needed a set that fitted, without having to get involved in spacers.

Maybe you can use the detailing kit you won at CSS Fletch. Not too sure on them as think would look better in Kawasaki green to match the roll cage you're getting!!;)

As for the soot it just slid off the 12 layers of Maguires. :rasp:

Wheels look good, been thinking about getting a set of white 2118s for the trophy but would want red stickers, would be track wheels. But white track wheels isnt the brightest idea's lol :)

haha. Believe it or not Pete I actually have quite a lot of detailing products :)

Just done 60 miles or so, including the FletchRing and they're already bloody filthy, good old DS3000s :dapprove:

Cheers. Yeah not really the best colour to then get caked in brake dust, marbles etc..
