More room for breathing mods at the front, and to put some weight over the back wheels.

so not a massive advantage really, whose got a link to a website for the battery and kit i need also an easy mod to do ? any guides

yeah its an easy enough mod to do. but is your car stripped or going to benefit from the battery being mounted in the rear ?

People think it makes a difference to weight distribution. It doesn't.

A more realistic reason is to free up space to make the inlet tract straighter.

So you can run a change over valve for a chipfat track car of course........
