Willy in Croyon

really noticable number plate, N*** EAT, looked well clean and tidy as i drove past it. Parked in the small car park before the Whitgift centre one.
Any ideas who;s that is?

probably illusion.. theres only 2 willys ive seen in the area one used to belong to a guy on here n*** mcd, and illusions one..

nopedont think it was illusion, he lives really really close to my house, i dont think its his plate anyway?!
