  CLIO

hi guys just a quik 1 for ya all...i have a iceburg silver 172, is it normal for the wings to be a slightly different shade of colour with them bein plastic, can only see it in the dark with the street lights.....cheers all

Mine are exactly the same. Like you say, only shows up under the evil glow of street lights!! Im pretty sure its down to the materials involved. Cant see it during the day though, so the only answer is to park it is far from street lights as possible!!

The wings are sprayed the same but because they are plastic they dont take the same shade as the metal ones. The only reason we have plastic ones is so we can run over people better to conform to EU safety crap and it helps the cruple zones on the inner wings...

Ian

P.S id imagine they have to mix in some plasticiser with the stuff so that would alter the colour..
