I've got this prob with my wireless... laptop (both mine and other halfs) says wireless is connected and signal is good, but we have no access (page cannot be displayed) but if I plug the cable lead direct into my laptop it works (hence I'm typing this now). We've had this problem before and when I rang Telewest they gave me a website address that worked offline and then we did some stuff and that fixed it, tried ringing them again to see if they could do same again but since robbin ba$tard Branson has taken over we now have to pay 25p a minute to get help, this on top of the 40 quid a month they've been having off me for the last 10 years or so I thought fair enough I'll have to ring them, then I find out we have premium rate numbers blocked so now I have to wait 24 hours while they unblock premium rate numbers so I can get the help that I used to get for free ffs! Sorry for the long and boring thread just wanted to vent, anyone got any ideas how I can fix this?
