Would a ktr panel filter make a difference on a tce 100?

Hi noticed the throttle response isn't very good on my tce mk3 Clio I've had k&n airfilters on my cars but on a turbo a k&n wouldnt make any difference on a tce so thought a ktr panel filter would help throttle response also there will be a powerflow catback being on soon. ?
Any help or advice ?

air filters hardly make much difference, yeh it'll sound alittle more agressive but bhp won't be affected. To get a better throttle response get it remapped, that'll help alot.
