if you were to buy new replacement turinis for your cup would you buy...

16" or 17"?

Silver or athracite?

Get the biggest you can mate, will look much better. Do they do turinis in 18's?

I saw a lad in my town with 18's on, it looked mad bruv! Serious!

not sure bout white. by the way i've got the blue cup.

if 18's i will need to lower the car won't i.

keep the opinions coming - going to order tomorow!!

  Renaultsport 172 Cup
probably prefer 17's but would the car sit high?
don't want to have to lower it!

what do you think?

  MINI Cooper S
17s in white so you get the looks and dont lose too much on the ride quality. imo 18s would look good but the ride would suck, and 16s may look a bit small if not lowered, but you would keep the ride quality.

Silver 16" will be best for handling etc as its how it came from the factory... but if your not bothered and want it to look pretty mint lowered on 17" will be cool.

Myself, i went fot the 16"

  Renaultsport 172 Cup
so do you think if i went for 17's the car would sit to high and look crap without lowering?

  Renaultsport 172 Cup
anyone got any pics with a cup not lowered on 17's.

So should i go for 17"?

more advice please......cheers

Get the ones you have refurbed, they will restore them to as new condition. Will cost approx £150 to get all 4 done.

If you decide to get new wheels, stick with the 16's as it will look high, handle like a barge, and acceleration will be slower on 17's.

That answer all your questions?

  M2 Competition
Well say £160, so its £40 a wheel. Ive seen places charge far less than that and do a good job. How many bodywork shops have you tried?

  Renaultsport 172 Cup
can't make my mind up - have to think more.

if anyones got any pics of cup on 17's please post.

Cheers guys.

There is some kickin about, do a search mate. Although i wouldn't do it myself i though it looked good.

Serious answer...

If its for cruising to maccy d's/ looking good, get the 17's. Reckon they'll look out of proportion on the car though. If its for driving/ b-roading/ track days, stick with 16's.

And silver looks good on the cups, stick with it.

Sorry itd just look un-natural on the clio. Small car, i wouldnt go more than a 16", and thatd be at the f**king tops. Ask for some photos, those who have 14,15 and 16 " and get them to post it so you know what it looks like.
