Your views on using the brush on a jetwash?

  172 gone :( 197 now :)
Ive only used a jetwash twice now on my car at morrisons (because of the bad weather) using the brush to clean and ive noticed swirl marks! Its looks stunnin till the gloss finish washes off then you can see lines. Are these in my paint or just in the wax will i be able to get rid of them? I normally hand wash with two buckets etc and im a bit gutted now!

I never use the brush. I would get some of meguiars stuff for swirl marks, think its called gold or summit along them lines.

i used that brush once on my clio and started to notice some swirl marks so wont use it anymore

give it a proper wash with a wash mitt.

Was thinking jus wash it by hand when i can all winter (lack of good drainage means i create an ice rink when the water from washing freezes, unhappy neighbours!). And then give the paint a good going over come spring? Ive got meguiars scratch stuff and the clay bar that ive never used. What about the 3 part polish/wax thing? What process should i go through to get my paint looking sweet again?

P.s. If you dont use the brush and just the hose with hot shampoo setting will the car be clean? Might try this in the week.

Brushes full stop are a no no. Lambswool wash mitts only here for mine.
Im normally so carefully rinsing my mitt all the time etc so you can imagine im a bit peed off at myself for being so lazy and stupid! Forgot to mention my cars black so it shows up real bad !

just out of curiousity, has anyone on here had the 'diamond brite' treatment applied to their cars?

the hot hapmoo and jet wash are pointless without using that nasty brush

the only way is to give it a proper decent handwash.

i use the jet coz being in halls at uni (200 miles from home) i dont want to leave the crap from the motorways on it.

just a rise for a pound.

Rinse nothing else you want to see em pour the chemicals in that machine, it doesnt say wax im sure! Never use the brush the local builder has probably just scrubbed his transit with it!!!
