Like I said, I've got Gears of War 2 and Fifa 09 still to fall back on when F3 is finally ejected from the premises of the 360. Been a while now though!
Last night I headed to the Citadel... not to do the last mission, but just to see what they had to say. Anyway, they prep'd me for the final mission, and gave me the choice of owning a specially created Power Armour suit, or a Ranger Armour suit. I chose the power option, as the ranger one had less damage resistance (Power suit is 40 DR!). Its slightly less mobile than the Ranger outfit, but f*ck it. I want to find the T-51b armour but dunno where it is TBH.
Anyway, I said I wanted a minute or two before deciding to follow them into battle, which gave me ample time to get the f*ck out of there and continue my mini questing and travelling! lol
Went to Girdershade (SW of map) and undertook the Nuka Cola Quantum challenge set by Sierra (who's got a nice arse for a computer generated character, IMO). I had already collected 26 of them, so gave them to her for loads of caps. She pointed me in the direction of the Nuka Cola Plant. So I went there with Fawkes and searched for more. Got another 3 off a conveyor belt so only need 1 more
I then proceeded to loot the place fully, including the safe in the first office (with the key I got off some droid) and exited with the document inside the safe.
Went to the tricycle factory just northeast ish of there, spoke to some weirdo in an ice hockey mask and got 500 or so caps for the document I found. Then shot him in the face and took it back, along with his hockey mask, which had a pretty high value and gave +25 AP when worn. Impressive.
Then I went to bed, as it was close to 1am. Again! :clown:
The thing I was actually intending on doing was in Little Lamplight. One of the guys there, called Sticky, was celebrating his birthday and was therefore too old to be there anymore, so he wanted escorting to Big Town. Anyway, I said I'd do it later on as I was on a mission at the time, and he said I could have his poxy party hat and that he'd wait for me at the entrance when I'd finished. Went back there first last night after coming from the Citadel, had a look around for this guy and couldnt find him anywhere in this underground village cave. I then noticed a guy face down near a stream, with 1 leg missing and limbs etc lying next to him. It was Sticky! FFS. No idea what happened, but I guess I should have chosen to escort him when he gave me the choice. Bah!Fawkes found it funny, though.
Right. Next thing on everyone's list should be this...
Speak to Mister Crowley in Underworld. He'll tell you to kill three people. Dukov, Dave and Tenpenny. In fact, the only one you need to kill is Tenpenny. I gibbed them all though, natrually.
Get the "Special Key" of each of them, head back to Mister Crowley. Then when you've received the XP for completing the mission; kill him. I used a sword.
Then loot his body, get all three keys and head to Fort Constantine (Military Supply Base) In the basement of the facility is the best armour in the game. T51-B Armour.
It's twice as resistant as Power Armour, but with no agility handycap and hardly any weight!
