So I took the 182 to Dave Clarke Vehicle services. Spoke to a top guy about the knocking. He took it a spin and narrowed it down to the Stabilizer Bar holding the engine in place (madness!!) needs replacing. Booked in for Tues! £60

This morning around 8:55, no CS sticker. If your a member you should invest in one, the car looks good.

In 3rd and 4th gear I get a faint but noticable knock when I accelerate. Nothing else in the gear change feels wrong, all smooth and the car sounds fine. But this knock is noticable! and worrying me a little. Anyone have any ideas?

Well i got the 182 yesterday, looking for insurance quotes online. No one at all can match Greenlight insurance at £497

Well i'm without a clio at the mo, the GF got the car in the break up. Looking at a 182 at the mo to possible purchase, but it does'nt have the cup packs added. Is it possible to still buy the cup pack upgrades? and get them fitted

So I went to halfords today and bought a Aerosol can of brake cleaner and some copper grease. So i take the wheel off... now what do I need to do. The instructions on the can say no dismantling is required? But to add copper grease i'm sure i need to. If anyone can give me some step by step...

Guys, what screenwash do you use

Should I ever need to top the fluid up in the gearbox. I dont know if i being paranoid or maybe just a crap driver, but sometimes i feel that the car does not smoothly flow into the next gear. Ho do i go about checking th fluid level etc???

Can i assume that an after market headunit (the Hamburg MP57) will fit and work with the stalk control in a clio 182? How can i be sure that it will, or is it a standard ISO fit?
