17" wheels on valver - ET40

My 16v cant drive
Hi all I have a problem with my valver at the time. The starter is in full function order but the car does not turn on. Anyway I have checked the fuel pump, and it seems as no electricity is there. Anyone who have tried this? Thanks! Rasmus- Pim_Pim
