My 16v can’t drive

Hi all

I have a problem with my valver at the time. The starter is in full function order but the car does not turn on. Anyway I have checked the fuel pump, and it seems as no electricity is there. Anyone who have tried this?

Is the battery got any charge in it?
Are the fuses woking?

check the fuel pump relay is working...

Im going to change the relay. A friend of mine believes this is it.
