1.2 16V Strange starting noise?

I'm getting a weird noise when I start the car, although it only lasts about a second after start up its started to bug me the past few days. Its sort of like a buzz/grind sound, but then goes away after a second or two. Car drives fine after and hasn't failed to start yet. Its pretty much the same noise as in this video I found:

Just wondering if anyone knew where this noise is coming from and if its anything serious

From what iv read it could be the starter?
