Right basically about 3 weeks ago i brought a 1.5 dci clio (which they said had recently had a new turbo), and about a 2 weeks ago and i noticed a small oil leak and it was making a light whining noise, so i booked it into the dealership that i brought it from to get it sorted under the warrunty,
When i arrived at the garage they said it was the rocker cover gasket and they would have to order the part in to be fixed today so i thought ok fair enough.
Upon driving to the g.f's last night (which is en route to the garage) i noticed a considerable loss of power, alot of smoke from the exhaust, and a whining noise from what sounded like the turbo.
The garage say that it sounds like the turbo is on its way out,
What would cause a turbo to pack up in such a short space of time if it is that or what else could it possibly be?
