1 xenon flicks on and then turns off

When I turn my headlights on, the drivers side xenon flicks on momentarily and then turns off. The passenger side comes on and stays on. Does anybody have any suggestions?

I tried searching but couldn't find anything like described above.

Swap the parts over from the good side to see what the problem is.

Ignitor, bulb & lastly the ballast as it's a bumper off job for that.
