172 juddering on cold start up

Hi guys, I started my car up yesterday and it was juddering slightly on idle, I raised the RPM to about 2000 and it started juddering quite severely. When I tried to drive it felt like it didn't want to rev and was struggling for power. I let it sit and get up to temperature and the RPM that it juddered at reduced and then finally went away once it was warm.

Any one got any idea what could be causing this?

Thanks

Possibly a fuel or ignition related issue, maybe even H02 but without plugging it in and seeing the live data when it's actually happening it will be a tricky one to accurately finger i'm afraid. Has anything been done to it prior to this issue (Someone hasn't been washing the engine bay for example)?

It had been raining, but the rain hasn't been an issue before, I've just had the cambelt and dephaser done, don't know if that's of any relevance. I did ask if he'd noticed any problems anywhere else and he said it was all fine

I've only noticed it since then, may have been doing it before I'm not sure. Got them done by a local Renault Specialist
