which manifold is the choice to go for?

Go for original equipment or stainless steel after market?!

Any one had experience in the after market one?

Is your car a 182 or are you upgrading a 172 system? Either way I believe Oem is spot on with theses cars. You’d get better gains with a de-cat and decent remap.
