35mm lowering springs & uprated shocks

Just got a set of these off ebay for a tidy sum of £35, however the shocks are for a 2004 1.6 and think they have 58mm hole spacing and dont think they'll fit my ph1 1.2 am i right or could they ber modded to fit ?

What are they? Nobody can answer that though, you'll have to measure it yourself.
