A lot of Manufacturers have storage units like this! Great to preserve history, but almost sad that the cars never see light of day in some instance. Mclaren have an incredible facility down the road from their Workshops, It has every F1 car that they have ever built in there including some very interesting cars like a one off 911 with an F1 motor in that was made for Ron by all the F1 teams a few years ago, it only got driven once, deemed dangerous & hasn't moved since haha.

Talking of Mclaren, the sultan of brunei has an unbelievable car collection with a rumored 5+ Mclaren F1 road cars in it !

Apparently his current "Fleet" has over 7,000 cars in it :)

This was the first ever Clio V6

It was the development car used by TWR in building the first protype. I had the opportunity to buy this in 2003 for £10k off Dave appleby who bought the liquidated stock from TWR. Came with all the original build sheets and note books on the project from TWR.

Ive got two sets of wheels which were used in testing on that car (Fitted to my vee now ). Its far from a sleeper aswell. It has a full Trophy exhaust on show at the back and a huge ammount of ally inside so I'm guessing it has a pretty racy motor only with a normal H patern gearbox.

Renault bought it along to a Track day a few of us from v6clio.net attended last year.

  Trophy
un real!!!! Renault certainly have made some superb looking cars over the years. Be so nice to just have a garage full of unused pristine motors. :approve:

First time I've seen this. I'm a bit of a Renault fan having bought a 182 and also having drove my mates R5GTT a few years ago, but I could say that of a few marques in all honesty. What I really am is a fan of sports cars, especially ones made for the masses and ones of the 70s, 80s and 90s - and nomatter what your alligences are when it comes to manufacturers then you can't help being impressed with a collection like that.
