advice needed lots of water vapour

Hey people need some advise , was following lotties 182 to day and when she pulls away loads of water comes out the exhust tips like it's just been washed all so when she puts her food down there is like a massive cloud of water vapour to the point set my wipers off and washed every one she over took .

Oil looks ok and coolest level seem fine there is no foam on the oil cap so hoping now head , the exhust gas seen better days and probably need replacing can any one offer any ideas to what could be wrong

Do you give it often and for a good run? The 182 exhausts can fill up with water very easily and it needs a good run to evaporate it off
