alternator question

hey guys may seem like a daft question but is the alternator on a cup the same as an FF? i kno the brackets are different but is the actual alternator any different. cheers

Connectors are in a different place IIRC

Had the same problem except mine was an ff and
got sent a cup alternator the electrical connections
are completely different.
