Another 172 "RS" from Germany

Hi there,

my name is Oli and i live in Germany.

For about 4 years now, i drive my Clio172. Every year i did "little" modifications at the car.

My english is not so good to list all the mods in text, so here´s a list of the mods and a few pics

Modifications:

Suspension:
H&R Coilovers with H&R Camber correcting bolts
K-tec racing stainless steal front strudbrace
K-tec racing carbonfiber rear strudbrace

Engine and transmission
RS-tuner map
shortshifter from MB-carperformance
shortshifter from GAT (gearbox)

Interior:
Recaro Pole Position seats
Shroth Clubman II Harnesses 4-point
Wiechers roll cage highly polished
Rear seats removed
some parts covered with Carbonfiber ( made by K&G Design)
Doorpanels covered with imitation leather
rear panels still in work (leather&carbonfiber)

Exterior:
Elia Wings Spoiler
all Renault indications removed
clean bonnet
LSD Doors
some parts covered with Carbonfiber ( made by K&G Design)

Wheels&Tyres:
front:
7,5x16 ET35 Keskin KT4 New Racer-195/45R16 Pirelli P Zero Nero
rear: 9x16ET25 Keskin KT4 New Racer - 215/40R16 Pirelli P Zero Nero

Hifi-system:

Headunit: Alpine IVA-D106R/Bluetooth handsfree kit/Ipod ready
Multimedia processor: Alpine PXA-H701
Amps:
2x µ-dimension ELEMENT 4 channel,
1channel Hifonics Cyclops

Speakers front:
Micro Precision Series 5 with Series 7 Tweeters (no crossover used)
No rear speakers
Kicker SoloBaric 2ohms Subwoofer

actually nothing. But it was a special offer to me from KW-automotive (LSD-doors) to convert the doors, so they could use the car to develop a new opening system.

these are all original parts. They were covered with carbonfiber (hand-laminated).
All parts made by K&G Design in Germany.

it was mutch work. The fenders had to be pulled out for 4cm per side.

love the car! cant help but think the front wheels need spacers though, as the back wheels fill the arches so well.

tbh, i dont mind the lsd doors, not apersonal choice but i can overlook them as the rest of the car is so nice

accessory front lights not the original lights... so i don´t have to heat them up to take the glass out

God the foreigners can mod cars.

The doors work because the rest of the car looks normal mate.

sice a week now the car´s at the workshop... changing cam belt and aux. belt, waterpump and cams.
Bought a pair of Engine-Dynamics Cams in December, now it was time to fit cams.
Some parts of the engine were powder coated..

Here the results









Also recived a package from JMS-Tuning it includes the "Race Package"-Induction Setup.

Tomorrow i will pick up the Wheels from powder coating
