I'm having problems with a Kenwood KVT 627, keeps coming up with "disconnected cable found. please confirm connection line".

The brain suffered water damage so I have purchased another one but the unit still comes up with the same error. I've also tried a different connecting cable and still getting it.

Any other ideas??
