Spotted a Artic Blue 172 cup, i think it was, had the cup splitter kit anyways.
Heading into Usk, on the old Abergavenny - Usk road, just outside Llancayo
about 2:40 today.
Driver was male, and blond :S

Oh ok - someone in a '53' plate 1*2 waved at me just after a roundabout on the Chepstow Road - think it was a 172 cup!
