I don't have any experience of their kits in terms of fitting/reliability, but they've been producing them for quite a while now. If there's any issues I'd like to think that they've been overcome now.
I think it's safe to say that the dog teeth on the gears will be substantially stronger than the oe Renault items (assuming your looking at the synchro kit they do obviously).
