I thought i would introduce my car and let you all know my plans. I have a 02 plate 172 in black absolutely standard, 81k miles and only 1 lady owner from new! Plans are to get it up to standard again are new exhaust, tyres, brakes, full service and a sump gasket. Other niggle jobs are misted headlights, windscreen seal and a good exterior clean!
Interior is perfect no ripped seats, no melted steering wheel and everything works (for now). I aren't going to modify it at all, only a set of pressed number plates thats it.
Plan is to get it spot on, enjoy it for a few months then sell it and move onto another project. Its amazing how good these cars are standard!
