Calling all ph-quick owners input?

Just need your input guys & girls,

Have you changed your spark plugs & coils yet? i like to keep the car in top condition and cars only covered 31,000miles so in two minds if its worth doing?

Any of you change it before the 72,000 as recommended? reason asking is cos the cambelt is stated to get done at 72,000 but everyone knows its a big no no area.

where has people got there plugs from? dealers?

if anyone has any additional info about plugs & coils il be grateful.

72K or 5years but most on here suggest 4.5years max

yes mate cambelt was done time ago hince why i said its a no no area to wait til 72,000
