1.6 16v clio priv

My dads car is due a cambelt. 1.6 16v K4M engine same as my 1.6 clio
He has a local mobile mechanic who has offered to do it cheap.
How much should he expect to pay and how much does the kit cost, any of the traders here supply a cheap one?
Might get mine done a little early if the price is right.
Wouldnt mind a specialist if theres one nearby
I'm doing most of the service myself but just leaving him to do the cambelt and aux belt.
Does the Aux belt need a kit or just the belt.
