Changing rear calipers (removal)

Got a binding caliper, plan to change them over although not sure how I get the cable out from the caliper?

I just cut it from the 172 but obviously cant do that to the 182 Im fitting it to :/

Which way? It looks like it goes left to right (looking at the image) but it's not budging.

Its rusted in, WD40 is your friend.

Soaking it in GT85 now, is it always a b**ch to remove? Seems wedged in.

Got it out with a fair bit of force!

Easier to get a new one in I hope?

I annihilated the residual cable in the spare caliper - I guess it's a new cable every time you fit new calipers? Or was I too heavy handed ?
