cleaning inside exhaust pipes

You know to get that brand new look, cleaned them with plenty of elbow grease when I had the back box off last using autosol and fine grade wire wool, it made an improvement but there is still a long way to go...never used anything else than autosol and always had results - anything else I should try ?

WD40 with autosol. Done me wonders.

I sprayed the WD40 all over the exhaust and then put some autosol into steel wool and then scrubbed.
I then wiped it clean and done the same process a couple of times and the exhaust comes up sparkling.

Only reason i used WD40 was cause the guys at the garage cleaned there tools with the stuff and it works well on oil and dirt
