Clio sport 2005 service light problem?

Hi
I have a Clio sport 2005 the service light abs light and seatbelt light came on.
Took it to the garage and they said it was a fault with the abs so fixed that and gave it back to me. Now the service light is still on and the seatbelt light still on. They tell me it's because it needs a service??
Is this right? Why would the seatbelt light come on for a service?

not really because they've proved they don't know what they are doing unfortunately.
