cliosport saturday confusion. (Stupid fat bloke alert)

There are too many threads and replies and I need clearer instructions.

I need a Car pass? what Meal ticket? Membership card? Where do I park when I get there? What time do we need to get there?

Can someone point this out in easy to follow, numbered instructions? I will buy you a beer for your troubles. x

Membership card is for the goody bag iirc.
