Clutch pedal popping off

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem but every now and then the clutch pedal pops off when changing gear. This is now becoming a frequent problem and it's a pain in the arse. I would imagine its down to the fact that the connecting parts on the clutch pedal or the little knob on the bulk head are worn enough for this to happen.

Does anyone know if I can get these parts as seperate items or will I have to buy a clutch pedal and clutch cable to get them. Btw it's on a phase 1 172 if that makes ant difference.

When i wanted a few parts for my old mk1 16v i was told it would be cheaper to buy the whole clutch pedal assembley it was only £34 .
I don't know if the price would be similar for a mk2?

It'll most likely be the rachet mech is worn yes... replacement time.
