Cosmetic help required..

Hi everyone, I've recently bought a clio extreme 1.2 16v. Good first car ice found so far. I want to clear up a few scratches on it, but unsure on how to do it. The scratches are lest a little deeper than t cut can get out. Also, I want to fit dark blue mud flaps but there is only one screw hole along the trim under the wheel arch? Will that hold them on, or will I need clamps?

Has anyone had experience with this before?
