Dash lights up when brake is pressed

Minght already be a thread but thought I'd ask any way
When braking all the dash lights and cc lights come on no rear fog light flashing
I'd taken rear lights out yesterday to clean everything any advice would be great thanks in advance

Sorted guys build has totally disintegrated and blown a fuse
