De-denting in Essex - watch this space!

Hey people,

I will soon be having some de-denting done in Essex... The dents range from standard door dinks in the rear and driver side doors, to a "naughty" one (I quote the PDR specialist!) on the passenger door where some cretin rammed a trolley into it as Tesco's in Northampton.

We will get lots of pictures of before and after, and the guy that is doing it for me is a nice guy with 15+ years experience in the business doing it the old school way with rods/heating panels etc.

I'll put the photos up ASAP, and you can see the results for yourself.

In the near future I will be organising a de-dent meet in Essex using the same guy (He will be charging approx £25 per panel) and so if you are interested you should keep an eye on this thread!

dont suppose you could recomend anyone to do painting at a good price in essex too?? need loads done but dont want to pay through my bum tbh.

This guy does it all... what i have seen he does an awesome job, but I won't be having any paintwork done!...
He had a Jag XKR there that the owner had scratched up putting into his garage, and the paintwork he done looked awesome...

I have a tiny 5p dent on the rear, and slightly bigger ones on the roof and bonnet. £75 ftw :rasp:

I might be interested depending on where abouts in essex it was. Got 4 on my drivers door and a dint on my boot i want taken out.

I'm hoping the meet can be mobile and do it at somewhere like Chelmsford or Basildon on one of the retail parks, but that depends on whether the dent man can get a generator etc...

Theres a bloke down the road from me who i think does de denting and my dad thinks he could do me a deal cheap, So might already be tied into that.

There was one in Westerham, Kent a while ago - loads put down for it, but failed to show (i'm not saying that it'll be the case this time at all, just that some don't like parting with their hard earned)

Yeah, is always the way isn't it, people say they will come and on the day some drop out. I've never been to a CS meet so hopefully a few will turn up and it'll be a good day!

I got a dent on my bonnet were i pushed it shut to hard one time, it get on my t**s coz now i know its there it reall stands out would love to get it sorted rather than buy a new bonnet

I'm sure he will be able to sort it mate. He said the only time a bonnet dent is tough to get out is when it is along or very close to the crease, as this is the strongest part of the metal, but even then he said he can get 80-90% reduction. He seems like a perfectionist, which i like! ;-)

Exactly.... Although i have seen and heard good reports of the guy, I will be the CS guinea pig and you can check out the photos etc when i post them... want to try and get as many people out as possible, whether they want de-denting done or not!...

I'll put a post up in the Local Meets Forum when its all confirmed, but will be a month or so at least yet...
