work for BMW
Bonjour!
After changing my brake pads and spraying my callipers/drums I wanted to make my wheels look a bit less beaten up.
A fair bit of scratches and curbing on them so I did my best ,
I used wet and dry sandpaper, 2 different grades to get the surface ready and remove any chips. I did buy some p38 filler but in the end I just couldn't be bothered to use it it was so hot I was dripping with sweat !
After that just masked up the tyre then primed / painted / laqured.
Also all I had was wet and dry sheets so tackling the badly curbed lips was impossible , if I tried it just ripped the paper so I did what I could and just left it.
I knew they werent going to be perfect or close to a £300 wheel refurb but from only costing about £40 in materials you cant complain
P.s I have only completed 2 wheels as I ran out of time

FYI in this picture I the wheel had water on its not dodgy paint run
