Dodgy wiring...

Not sure if this is in right area so please move if not.

Advice needed ppl. Noticed today (after picking car up from Renault for replacement engine mount) that every time I brake (not handbrake tho) the little red light in the dashboard for the rear fog light comes on (bright), and stays on (faintly) if I keep my foot on the brake.

Any ideas or prior experience?

sounds like wiring, maybe renault have knocked or tampered with the wiring. id take it back and explain whats happening and that it started after they had the car.

Was gonna give them a buzz but just thought I'd check if anyone on here has experienced same.
